In 1995, Executive Chef Paul Kendeffy graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He soon began an apprenticeship at Maxim’s Restaurant in New York, perfecting his craft. Over the years, he owned a variety of high-end establishments including Alto, The Gamble Mill and the award-winning Zola. In 2015, he was appointed as the Executive Chef at Carnegie House and led the transition of Carnegie Fine Dining to Grace Restaurant.
